Wère looking for a Group Business System Manager in Rome.

The candidate will play in internationally-recognized business system. This job requires strong analytical skills, high social and communication skills, and the ability to manage improvement initiatives throughout the group.

The role requires a self-organized manager with strong communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and moving environment always focusing on tangible deliverables. The successful candidate will also need to be comfortable working as part of a team with colleagues across a diverse range of functional group throughout Europe. The position is based in Rome to ensure the individual keeps the ear against the ground , being close to our stakeholders, and understanding the local needs and wants towards the company's operational efficiency program. To leverage scale and best practice, the role will be subject to travel in other countries depending on the project portfolio around operational excellence.

Main areas of responsibility:

- Understanding the business/Knowing the customer
- Following trends and developments within the industry to develop a clear understanding of best-in-class
- Operationalizing the Company's business system
- On-boarding local jurisdictions/sites to the business system
- Performing annual planning sessions with local and regional management to schedule and baseline Company's business system support
- Follow-up and govern implementation of improvements and projects within the portfolio responsibilities
- Leading high-impact strategic initiatives within the business system
- Coordinating best-practice sharing and standardization across sites
- Ensure the proper training systems is in place for Business System Managers, change leaders, and operational resources at various levels
- Coach, develop and lead local change leaders
- Address specific issues and/or participate in opportunities including both internal and external DD:s of operational processes and data
- Evolving the Company's Operational Efficiency System
- Further defining the performance management application from a group perspective focusing on the Company's Operational Efficiency System OP KPI framework
- Developing opportunities to use the business system to enhance customer experience
- Continue driving development of the business system framework including processes and the toolkit

Desired skills and experience:

- Bachelor degree or higher in Management
- High social competence communicating with all levels of management (local & group)
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of BPM (Business Process Management)
- Excellent team participant
- Excellent business level English
- Additional language skills favorable (Swedish, German, Polish, French, Dutch)

Preferred qualifications:

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Management
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
- 5 years or more of experience implementing and/or developing a business system
- Banking/Finance and/or Collection industry experience
