Our client is one of the most relevant company in professional services, we are looking for one
Executive Assistant
The candidate will be in charge of the following activities: manage and maintain calendar coordinate point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, etc.) answer busy phone including client calls, lead calls and a wide variety of general administrative calls organize and schedule client and internal meetings prepare weekly timesheet and expense reports copy, print, collate, bind, and distribute case-related materials as required type letters, slide decks, memoranda, etc. develop working relationships with clients and client assistants to facilitate the information flow and scheduling process coordinate committee meetings, arrange conference bridges, reserve conference rooms, organize food service serve as a communication link amongst case team members assistance with personal tasks team with other Executive Assistants and provide back-up assistance as
needed team with Inviolate Team in maintaining a centralized electronic filing system for case-related materials maintain quality control by proofing work for errors, consistency, and format in accordance with established guidelines maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality.
The ideal candidate has excellent skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, excellent communication skills (written and oral), excellent level of written and spoken English, University degree is a plus, and 3/4 years administrative experience, preferably at a professional services firm.
We are looking for candidates with good presence and personal presentation, positive attitude, confident and friendly personality. They also need to be able to handle highly sensitive/confidential material and information appropriately, to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients and to act autonomously and respond to situations appropriately.
