EMEA OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

You will manage multiple plant as well as corporate support functions to meet/exceed the Annual Operating Plan and customer service requirements, you will oversee Production, Maintenance and Industrialization operations within all plants, developing strategies in order to meet business objectives consistent with Regional/Corporate and legal requirements.
You will also be responsible to develop and lead manufacturing operations and implement long term strategies for all plant locations:
- To monitor and develop the production KPìs
- To manage and monitor plant managers to accomplish goals of the manufacturing plan, consistent with established manufacturing and safety procedures and set performance targets
- To Monitor and develop procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products are compliant with established company quality standards.
- Introduce or strengthen process automation and lean manufacturing techniques
- Oversee the introduction of business-critical new technologies
- Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost, monitor scraps and reprocess data.
- Define and enhance the industrialization plan according to the business perspective and the business plan.

Preferred qualifications & skills:

- Technical academic background (preferably degree in Engineering)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience in Manufacturing, with Plant Manager experience and a background in areas such as Manufacturing/Industrial/Process Engineering, Quality Management or Production
- Excellent communication skills at different levels
- Flexibility and Dynamism in order to get the job done and goal orientation
- Ability to manage, motivate, and influence workers behaviors
- Knowledge of Lean techniques and a proven track record of successful projects implemented
- Fluent English
