Imperial Brands, for its own Italian branch, Imperial Tobacco Italia, is looking for

eCRM and eCommerce Analyst

The main purpose of this role is to assist and lead the organization towards being a leader data-driven marketer in the industry through driving the change from descriptive to prescriptive analytics.

Seated in the Insights and Intelligence team and reporting to the Insight and Competitive Intelligence Manager, the eCRM and eCommerce Analyst will be in charge of carrying out the following activities:

- Planning and executing descriptive, prescriptive and predictive analytics to solve business problems and to support business objectives and KPIs in alignment with Digital Marketing and eCommerce
- Creating clear, concise and actionable outputs for internal functions (including strong data visualization), and influencing the adoption of customer insights into their day-to-day business
- Based on the analyses, creating audience groups in the data discovery platform and overseeing the transfer of the lists in to the marketing automation platform
- Continuous discovery of the existing data sources (customer data, activity data, sales data, campaign response data and etc) to fuel / innovate campaigns and programs
- Contributing to the defining of core business metrics and KPIs and building dashboards in the BI, Analytics and CRM platforms to enable key business users with the relevant insights
- Defining and managing the implementation of systems and data flows which are focused on ensuring 360 degree view of the customer is complete and up-to-date
- Updating CRM reports regularly and communicating the insights with the key stake holders regularly
- Ensuring all customer and customer-related data (structured & unstructured) is stored, consolidated, unified properly and updated regularly in the CRM technology ecosystem
- Ensuring all the components of the ecosystem are in alignment with the data regulation policies of the country/Group
- Together with the colleagues in the Digital department representing the customer value management notion within the wider organization
- Contributing to planning and execution of data strategy

Required Knowledge:

- We look for someone who has experience in similar roles (e.g. Consumer Insights and Analytics, Web Analytics) in other FMCG companies
- Minimum of BA/BSc degree
- 3 Years Experience in data analytics/big data/digital analytics
- Strong analytical skills, preferably experienced in statistical modelling and analysis
- 360. Customer view and overall understanding of consumers' trends and insights
- Problem solving attitude
- Agility to operate in an end-to-end business environment (flexibility, embracing change, comfortable with ambiguity)
- Collaboration with multifunctional teams, suppliers and people with different backgrounds
- Innovation mindset (able to find creative and pragmatic ways to deliver results, identify consumer/shopper insights)
- Fluency in English is mandatory
