JOB PURPOSE

Working with local sales offices in different Countries and with the Corporate Head Office, the Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of the email and direct marketing plans and is accountable for the campaign operational deployment process in order to increase direct sales via CRM and direct marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs direct marketing activities including, but not limited to, campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-shot, recurring, triggered and dynamic contents campaigns
Builds and deploys email campaigns within pre-defined SLAs: HTML editing, verifying copy, layout, links and dynamic content
Maintains the email/direct marketing calendar and proactively communicates with internal stakeholders to confirm requirements, timelines, status and results on campaign requests
Executes highly targeted email campaigns by creating audience segments, lists, suppression and performing A/B testing
Regularly reporting on key metrics to internal stakeholders, reviews deliverables and campaign performance to improve campaign results
Establishes best practices for designing emails, and stays updated on industry/competitive trends
Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

English Mother Tongue
Bachelor degree
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of HTML is a must
Previous experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and email marketing
Understanding of database concepts, marketing automation, list segmentation, and trigger campaigns
A number-driven person, comfortable with mathematical, statistical and quantitative reasoning
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment, balancing multiple priorities
High level of attention to details
Excellent communication, organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills.
