For a dynamic IT services company we are looking for a Business Developer.
As the main Business Developer of our company, you are a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new businesses, both through participation to international tenders and direct sales efforts.
You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Your core activity will be identifying international tenders published by global Clients, as well as accessing Grants both at Italian and European level, helping in the redaction of our business documentation and managing the compiliation of our bids, as well as keeping the business relation with the Client throughout all the business acquisition process.


Responsibilities
Cultivating strong business relationships with key decision makers
Proactively identifying new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
Developing market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
Identifying local and international tenders fitting our company's assets and capacity
Writing down business documentation (business plans, business models, tender)
Helping us winning awards, grants and fundings, for the creation or transformation of innovative IT projects
Assisting HR in decisional, key staff to hire for the market

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Economy, Marketing, or equivalent
Demonstrable account management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop a business proposal in the IT industry, expecially in the software development area
Confidence with the meaning of: Digital Transformation, Cloud Computing, Software Development, Web Design, Search Engine Optimization, Big Data
Experience in participating (and eventually winning) international tenders for global Organizations and Institutions is preferred
Experience accessing governmental grants and fundings at all levels, from the Commune to the European level
Perfect knowledge of English and Italian languages at a business working level
Understanding of the basic principles of web and social media marketing is appreciated
Ability to travel about 20 of the time
