Overview
This position is part of the Digital Media Sales Team. The Digital Media Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales efforts.
In this role, you will be prospect and develop new accounts, manage client expectations, and deliver exemplary client service while managing multiple accounts. It is a key role will be tasked with developing existing and new relationships and partnerships with the largest FMGC clients.
This position works on the media sales team and reports to the Head of Digital Media Sales.
The Industry manager will also work closely with the Agency Sales team to manage senior level agency relationships.
Responsibilities
Drive digital revenue growth for the company take revenue share out of the market.
Develop opportunities, build, and grow strategic relationships with major clients and media agencies in the FMCG.
Serve as an industry expert in order to drive vertical and client success by developing thought leadership within the FMCG.
Drive revenue growth by partnering with our frontline sales team.
Proactive engagement with industry committees and conferences.
Work at a partnership/consultative level as an expert in digital advertising with account executives, media agencies, and advertisers.
Oversight of all digital sales products, inventory management and pricing strategies.
Ability to forecast revenue, develop and sustain a business plan to exceed the digital media sales budget.
Develop and deliver best practices for digital knowledge among the sales department and clients.
Coach and deliver sales presentations.
Produce reporting, and other support functions of Interactive.


Experience / Background
8 years of digital media advertising or consulting management experience.
Strong knowledge of and existing relationships within the FMCG industry is a mandatory requirement.
Ability to build relationships with top marketing decision makers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach.
Ability to convert business from other media channels.
Passionate high energy and enthusiasm.
A self-starter creative, resourceful and adaptable, able to find solutions to problems
Hands-on approach will have good examples of personally leading critical negotiations.
Digital media expert able to act as a trusted strategic advisor to advertiser clients on digital media.
Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal and written.
