We are seeking a creative, experienced, and organized Digital Content Manager to join our growing team. This position will play a key role in creating and orchestrating new content strategies to drive revenue and build brand awareness. The position will report to the Head of Engagement and Monetization, promote company mission and goals through innovative content and campaigns, and work with several teams: marketing, digital sales and programming.

Responsibilities:
o Management and optimization of the video editorial contents on the different properties and third party partners.
o Management of the relationship with the different internal teams (i.e. Legal, Production, Programming, Marketing and Rights teams).
o Use of the publishing architecture to manage video contents from production to delivery.
o Coordination of the dedicated production teams to increase video contents.
o Coordination and support with digital sales teams to manage the advertising delivery.
o Scouting of new video publisher and new tech companies.
o Analysis and insight generation on performances.
o Strong sensibility and passion for editorial and video contents.
o Web marketing competences and knowledge of the advertising KPI and market.



Required Skills:
o Prepare comprehensive content strategies that align with company goals.
o Management and optimization of the video contents on the different properties and partners.
o Support either sales team with up-to-date content material.
o Plan, create, and oversee the content production of all sales and marketing materials.
o Brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and content strategies.
o Create slide deck presentations and sales support.
o Create schedule and calendar plans for content releases.
o Monitor, track, and document content results analyze data/returns/customer response.
o Research markets and industries to compare strategies..
o Collaborate with campaign managers, creative team, and designers
o Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both business stake holders and the technical team members.
o Thrive in a team environment and work well with others

Requirements:
o 8 years of digital experience, preferably in the media industry, creating digital content and data analysis.
o Bachelor level degree
o Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce business practices
o Excellent Data mining/analysis
o Experience with Adobe Analytics and or Google Analytics, able to interpret reports and dashboards
o Experience with eBusiness relevant tools (On-Site Analytics, SOLR Search, A/B Testing Platforms, Big Data Reporting Tools, etc)
o Excellent written and spoken English
