For leading engineering Company we are looking fo a Continuous Improvement Manager.


Role Description:
The CI Manager, will oversee the opportunity to quote and order to delivery processes in the assigned site.
Incumbent will focus on continuous improvement, rollout, compatibility and integration, compliance with the existing and future information systems and data integrity, due diligence in maintaining and improving processes and to utilize tools for process improvements.
Global pricing, quoting, selection, and configuration tools
Provide site oversight, directions, and best practices for pricing, quoting, and selection processes for defined end-to-end processes and data management for function
Responsible for maintaining and monitoring standardized end-to-end process
Provide input for gap analysis, process standardization and optimization


Continuous improvement
Continue to lean out processes, drive standard work and simplify site standard executions
Seek out opportunities for continuous process improvement and manage process change with relevant stakeholders using proven lean tools and methodologies
Provide adequate support to develop a training curriculum and ensure key users are appropriately trained and ready to adopt key process and tools
Implement guidelines for KPIs and monitor metrics

Systems
Work with technical resources on specifications to resolve gaps
Ensure data integrity required
Maintain and monitor end-to-end process in SAP
Provide input for gap analysis, process standardization and optimization
Provide adequate support to develop a training curriculum and ensure key users are appropriately trained and ready for go live support lives and post go live follow up

Other responsibilities:
Ensure processes and tools alignment with other functions and with aftermarket team to reduce complexity
Seek and propose industry best practices for processes, organization and tools and build case f
Identify how processes, tools and organization could provide the projects business with a competitive advantage


The Candidate Profile

Education and experience
At least 10 years of experience within business function related to business process role and at least five years
Experience managing large scale priorities and initiatives
At least 5 years of experience with PIMS/lean methodology proficient in all aspects of projects management and strong detail orientation
University degree in a business/IT or related field required
Demonstrated experience in:
Leading a business to positively change and improve processes
Ability to effectively evaluate software programs and potential impacts
Managing through influence
Demonstrate experience in coaching and mentoring team members and key stakeholders
Ability to travel to internationally/regionally

Personality traits and practical experience
Strong technical aptitude
Strong listening skills and ability to work in a team
Excellent communication skills in English, team player and results orientated
