We are looking for a Consumer Activation & Retention Manager that is able to maximize the customer base expansion and retention aiming to increase the conversion rate to the new product of the company. He/She will be involved in the definition of digital marketing communication for all new channels. Contribute in an effective way for driving the digital transformation, through the development of proper CRM platform and ensuring synergy between On Line/ Off Line and B2B/B2C systems and programs.

The role of the Consumer Activation & Retention Manager is a key position within the Digital Function and has the responsibility to contribute to the development of digital activities, communications and innovations. The role will lead the development of digital programs for ensuring the maximization of the expansion and retention of the consumer base across channels with the aim:

Digital Consumer Journey strategy redefinition
Digital innovation on new channels for marketing communication
CRM design & Development based on evolved consumer journey
Digital synergy between On Line/Off Line and B2B/B2C systems and programs

He/she will monitor progress against priorities and report to the Manager Digital, while recommending adjustments when necessary.


Principal Accountabilities:

Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.
Deliver enhanced digital consumer journey, able to drive continuous growth in Brand Awareness, Conversion and Retention of costumers
Drive digital Conversion strategy:
Leading evolution of Digital programs aimed at maximizing Conversion performances
Developing on-line purchasing strategies and programs
Developing digital communication strategy & programs for assistance services
Digital Retention Strategy
Lead and define B2C Loyalty strategy and gamification programs
Lead and define B2C Referral & Promotion strategy and programs
Systems & Digital infrastructure
Allocate the appropriate resources (communication channels and internal and external resources) to achieve the highest ROI on the proposed programs.

Education, Experience & Desired Functional Knowledge and Skills:

Trade Marketing / Commercial profile / Marketing / Digital Marketing is a plus
Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar
Digital strategy competencies
Local market knowledge, HORECA and Modern Trade
At least 10 years experience in FMCG companies, more than 5 years in brand marketing/trade marketing
Great project management and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to activate a customized engagement strategy across multiple consumer segments.
Fluency in Italian and English required
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
