Our Client is a Multinational medical devices Company setting up business in Italy.
They are hiring

Business Development Manager - Italian Market - Medical Devices

The candidate will report directly to the Regional Director based in HQ an will have an home-based job.
Duties will include:
o Drive business development and sales ophtalmology devices in Italy
o Manage relationships with distributors, resellers, local councils and government agencies, corporations, low vision organizations and clinics and direct reps
o Promote awareness of the Company by working with assistive technology agencies and community organizations
o Present and demonstrate the product to organizations and potential users
o Collaborate on marketing activities and participate in events and trade shows
o Provide training on the use of the device, its benefits and its differentiated value for users and organizations
o Liaise daily with other team members, provide activity reports and participate in sales meetings or sales calls.


Requirements
o 3 years' experience in business development, field sales, customer success and/or
marketing
o Bachelor's degree
o Must have excellent English
o Excellent people skills including negotiation
o Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
o Self-starter, dependable, must have strong time management skills
o Must be comfortable working with aged people and people with special needs
o Must be comfortable working out of home office with little supervision
o Ability to travel extensively throughout Italy
o Technologically savvy with advanced Microsoft office skills
