We are looking for N°2 Business Analyst:

1) Business Analyst in Finance,Financial Services and HR processes:

- Finance and Treasury management
- Financial planning
- Financial services management
- HR and performance management

2) Business Analyst in Sales and Service processes:

- Dealer management
- Sales, Spare Parts, After Sales and Service process as: Order management; Invoice management; Price management; DMS integration; Claims management.
- Customer Relationship processes
- Retail processes


Mission:

Business Analyst will act as a focal point on a specific Technology/Process inside the ICT function to analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements for delivering the required technology service to the Business.
Act as "Competence" Escalation Point for AMS services, to validate solution/implementation, or provide support.

Main Responsabilities:

- Supervise user requirements collection, functional and technical analysis, testing and deployment of new or enhanced solutions.
- Identify gaps in existing functionally and review requirements with stakeholders.
- Develop a comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimation of cost, time, and resources to develop the solution.
- Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specifications of a new application and/or major upgrades of an existing one.
- Document user manuals to describe application installation and operating procedures.
- Drive, as Project Manager, small/medium initiatives and, if needed, manage external vendors for related activities.

Skills:

- Deep knowledge of Automotive business process and main technologies with strong analytical skills and capability to see integrated big picture.
- Effective task prioritization and management skills.
- Good team management and organization skills.
- Internal Customer management, communication & presentation skills.
- Fluent English.

- Dealer Portal Systems (based on Oracle Weblogic)
- CRM solutions (Peoplesoft, Oracle Sales Cloud)
- Retail (PLM, ERP, POS...) solutions
