Job Purpose: The Account Manager will provide a high level of professional support to the Sales Directors across the EMEA business, specifically within the Italian region, in order to maintain, grow and identify new revenue opportunities in assigned accounts. This includes performing a supporting role in shared accounts and also owning your own set of accounts.

(2) Revenue Growth and Retention

(3) Administration and Reporting

(5) Essential Duties and Responsibilities

(6) Personal Target

Skills

'' Solid assessment, judgment and decision-making ability, including the ability to apply systemic approach to problem solving and effectively use data and analytical tools.
'' Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, including superior presentation skills.
'' Must have ability to train users and demonstrate software via personal meetings and WebEx
'' Advanced relationship management or sales support skills
'' Fluent in Italian, both verbal and written

Knowledge and

'' Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales or Sales Support or Customer service (direct Client interaction)
'' Demonstrated professional customer business and relationship building skills.
